The electromagnetic vibration vacuum precision casting fine-grained furnace is a three chamber semi continuous structure. It is a vacuum smelting equipment integrating high-temperature alloy smelting, pouring, precision casting and electromagnetic vibration. It is mainly used for smelting and precision casting of iron base, nickel base superalloys and other metal materials. At the same time, it realizes the electromagnetic stirring of the melt to ensure the punching and preparation of fine-grained structure, and realizes the efficient precision casting equipment for continuous production.
EMS precision casting refining furnace introduces mature electromagnetic oscillation technology into the process of precision casting, which can effectively improve the fluidity of alloy melt, reduce shrinkage cavity, porosity, underpouring and other defects, and achieve fine grain structure. The electromagnetic oscillation device can provide sufficient stirring force in the solidification process of alloy melt to ensure uniform cooling process.
