The intelligent vacuum precision directional solidification furnace (DB AI-VIM-DC) is a vacuum smelting equipment integrating high-temperature alloy smelting, pouring, precision casting and directional crystallization. It is mainly used for smelting and precision casting of iron base, nickel base superalloys and other metal materials, and is a special precision casting equipment capable of realizing columnar crystal/single crystal products.
This set of vacuum precision directional solidification furnace adopts three chamber vertical distribution design. The mature industrial design scheme, construction process and high standard accessories are used to ensure the service reliability of the product. At the same time, the research team overcame such technical problems as low nozzle fixed point pouring of alloy melt, dual zone induction heating, long wheelbase vibration prevention, and rapid vacuum response, forming a series of core technologies and advantageous functions. A high-precision simulation platform and intelligent control system have been established to jointly develop equipment and process, ensure online optimization of production process, production tracking and product stability, and realize personalized customization of equipment around the production process.
